Last weekend I went on a Lutheran Retreat. This retreat was only for middle school students. I had a lot of fun there and had time with God. They had a band there called the Living Stones and they played some songs every mass event. The theme for the event was Glow and let your light shine. They also had a speaker, Jeff Meinz. He was a really good speaker and had some funny stories to tell us. On the last night there was a dance from 9 to midnight also known as LIGHTS OUT. I had lots of fun and little sleep, I can't wait till next year.I also learned of a funny game called the stick game. In the stick game you hold a stick really high up in the air, stare at its tip and spin around twenty times. You then have to throw it on the ground and jump over it.

Middle School Retreat

The New Villas at the Grand Floridian
Last night I got to test the new addition to the Grand Floridian in Disney World. The new building is called the Villas. While we were there we got to use the magic bands. I think the magic bands are amazing. You can buy things with it, you can even get your fast passes on it. We went swimming in the pool near the bar as well. I guess they don't heat all the pools because the water was really cold. Over all I think the Grand Floridian is a really nice hotel.
I restarted watching Doctor Who the other day on Episode 4 Season 1 and I think that the first 2-3 episodes of Doctor Who aren't well made. I did not really like them so I stopped watching Doctor Who and just watched Futurama. Now that I am done with Futurama all I have to watch is The Walking Dead and Doctor Who. So yesterday I watched Doctor Who. I believe the episodes after episode 4 are better than the beginning of the Season. Over all Doctor Who is a okay show.

Mortal instrument series
This week I started the Mortal Instruments series. I am currently on the 3rd book and I loved the first 2.
City of Bones is an amazing beginning to the series. It is a movie and has been out for a while now. Clary is a shadow hunter. Her mom also a shadow hunter has been hiding it from her for 16 years. She meets a boy named Jace who takes her to the Institute. Clary has entered a whole new world. Demons, vampires, werewolves and a whole lot more creatures are in this book. I suggest you read the series I love the characters and the creatures.
