The Weekend

Last weekend I had a long weekend because the teachers at my school went to a conference. SO us students were lucky enough to have a 5 day weekend. I went camping and read a few books.

I went camping at Fort de Soto (means Fort of Soto). Fort de Soto is a nice park. It is on the beach so you can go pier fishing off of two piers and go to the beach. You also can rent a kayak an go for a ride on the river. I went with my dad and my friend. We had a lot of fun and we got a lot of mosquito bites. We stayed there 4 nights. We got there Wednesday and left Sunday. My friend didn't get there till Thursday afternoon so I had to do something. I read my book all afternoon Wednesday then all morning Thursday. I was able to finish about 2 books in this time.

The Fire-Us trilogy

Surprisingly already out of print this is a great series. All the parents have died and only children have survived. Most kids died in the beginning because of wild animals and no food. A "family" of children have survived this virus and live together hunting for supplies in the town they live in. Five years after the virus a boy comes to there door and two wild little children are outside. What will happen? Read the book to find out.

Z for Zachariah

This book is  about a girl who is living in a valley after a nuclear war. One day she sees a fire near the hill that leads to her valley. Her valley is a nuclear free zone since it is surrounded by hills and mountains not allowing nuclear air in. Three days after seeing the smoke a person in a green suit comes over the valley. She can not see his face because of his mask. She hides up on the hills watching him. Is he good or is he a crazy man who barely survived? Find out by reading the book.

World of Tanks #2

World of Tanks is a fun game I have written a review in a older post if you want to see that.

I was playing World of Tanks after the new update and I noticed I was playing on a new map I think, it may not be new I just had never played on them and I don't know the names of this map. It is this really fun and small map where it is winter time and there are 2 dried up river beds that sort of act as a trench for the tanks. I like this map because of its small size and lots of cover.
I also was reading some things in the setting and noticed once I research my tier 6 tank I will be able to play in a new game mode called assault. I can not wait to get there but I think it may take a while since I am still on my tier 4 tank and not even close to getting my tier 5.
